What does the template include?

- Ownership of Content and Licence — tick organic use, paid media and optionally exclusive, with the licence period and territory.
- Conduct — conduct standards for both parties and confidentiality.
- Term and Ending — start and end dates and ending for serious breach or reputational harm.
- Status, Tax and Results — independent contractor status and no guaranteed results.
- General — data protection, whole agreement and England and Wales law.
- Signatures — signature blocks for the brand and the ambassador.
