1. Digital delivery
Our products are digital document templates (DOCX and/or PDF). Delivery begins immediately after a successful payment — the files are available from the order confirmation page and from a link sent to you by email. There is no physical shipment. Download links remain available for at least 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. No refunds — all sales final
Because the products are digital files delivered and accessible immediately, all sales are final and no refunds are given once a download has begun. By buying and downloading or accessing a template you confirm that you understand and accept this.
3. Why we cannot offer refunds
Our products are digital content supplied immediately by download. By buying and downloading a template you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation or cooling-off that would otherwise apply. For UK consumers, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 is lost under regulation 37 once supply of the digital content begins, where you have given your express consent and acknowledged the loss of that right. We ask for this consent and acknowledgement at checkout, and your order confirmation records it. Your mandatory statutory rights are not affected — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
4. Technical problems
If a download does not work, or a file is corrupted, please contact us — we always fix technical delivery problems free of charge and will re-send or repair the file. This is not a refund. Please report any fault within a reasonable time of discovering it.
5. Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you think you have been charged twice for the same order, or charged in error, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate and correct any genuine billing error.
6. Your licence
With your purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one (1) business or one (1) individual. You may freely edit the templates and share completed documents with the other parties to those documents as part of your normal business.
