What does the template include?

• Insurance and Responsibility — the renter’s public and treatment liability cover at a stated minimum, and the owner’s premises insurance.
• Conduct, Keys and Absence — keys and codes issued, holidays and weeks a year without the fixed fee, and fee reductions when the salon closes.
• Ending This Agreement — a notice period, immediate ending for serious breach, and removal of belongings.
• A Licence, Not a Tenancy — no exclusive possession, and the owner may move the renter to an equivalent station.
• General — whole agreement, changes in writing, no partnership or employment, and governing law of England and Wales.
• Signatures — signature blocks for the owner and the renter.
