This commercial agency agreement appoints an agent to solicit and negotiate orders for goods on behalf of a principal; the agent has no authority to conclude contracts unless the principal grants it in writing. It covers the sale of goods only, not services. It sets out the territory, commission and duties of each side and includes compensation or indemnity for the agent on termination.
