This grazing licence gives a person permission to graze animals on land without creating a tenancy. It is a licence: the licensor keeps possession and control of the land. It is for non-exclusive grazing only and is not for a tenancy, a livery yard, or a let of stables or buildings. It is drafted for England and Wales.

What does the template include?
