What does the template include?

• Trial Period, Deposit and Ending — an optional trial period, notice period, deposit, immediate ending for welfare, safety or non-payment, and refunds.
• Disputes and General — optional mediation, the agreement is personal to the sharer, changes in writing and governing law of England and Wales.
• Signatures — signature blocks for the owner and the sharer.
