• No Admission — the deed is a compromise and not an admission of liability.
• Confidentiality and Comments — optional tick boxes for confidentiality and no disparagement, with permitted disclosures.
• Costs — each party pays its own costs unless a contribution is agreed.
• General — authority to sign, entire agreement, changes in writing, severability and the law and courts of England and Wales.
• Execution — deed signature blocks for both parties, each with a witness or second company signatory.
