• Removal, Reinstatement and Early End — clearing the area by the end date, a joint inspection, reporting damage, and ending the licence early.
• Nature of This Licence and General — a personal, non-transferable permission, notices, changes, disputes and governing law of England and Wales.
• Signatures — signature blocks for the owner, a second owner, the neighbour and the contractor.
